The KDV PFA LINED BALL VALVE is a two piece, flanged, full bore construction. The surface protected ductile iron (ASTM A 395) body with a chlorine free prime coat and additional enamel red exterior coat ensures resistance to harsh environmental conditions. It is especially best suited to all corrosive services providing the ultimate protection under extreme conditions. SIZES: 20mm - 150mm Flanged ANSI 150#, Table D / E. PRESSURE RATING: Up to 10 Bar INDIVIDUAL SERIAL NUMBER: Full traceability available on request from serial number. ISO MOUNTING: Top 'V' RING STEM PACKING: Triple PTFE 'V' ring packing backed up by a taper & retainer ring ensures stem sealing integrity. PFA LINING: 3.2mm thick PFA (Perfluoro Alkoxy) lining provides full chemical resistance. FEP lining also available.         FULL BORE DESIGN:         Lower friction loss in line.         DOVETAIL & MALE/FEMALE GROOVE:         Locks in PFA lining position and ensures integrity under vacuum applications.         VIRGIN PTFE SEAT:         The virgin PTFE seals provide a bubble tight shut off utilising the floating ball         design.         STAINLESS STEEL FASTENERS:         All body fasteners are of 304 SS.
